Listen in and visit our website rootUon.com for generous giveaways from our amazing sponsors in the dental & brewery industry.
Cindy Rogers, RDH
Cindy started her career as a paralegal in employment law. It is where she gained experience in office management and learned about employment law practices. She then accepted a position as an office manager for a dentist fresh out of school looking to grow his new practice in a small town. She was an integral part of helping this practice grow exponentially over the next 10 years. She then went on to become a dental hygienist and has been practicing clinical hygiene since 2010.
Cindy took the leap she always wanted to and became a dental consultant in 2017. She has been sharing her knowledge and proactive ways of thinking with teams throughout the United States ever since. Teams love working with her because she “gets” both sides. She understands what makes the practice strive from behind the front desk.
April Sluiter, EFDA
April has been in the dental industry for 22 years primarily as an assistant, with side hustles as a writer, instructor, and speaker for her fellow dental assistants. Her vision is for a wide spectrum of educational opportunities for the dental team and is delighted that the changes in dentistry are providing professional and personal growth in the dental auxiliary community.
In her spare time, she co-founded a brewery with her husband Tomas in Portland Oregon and gets out into the great outdoors of the Pacific NW as much as she can.
