– The Extended Warranty gives you a total of 2 years of warranty protection from the date of the Kits purchase – May be purchased anytime within the original warranty period for the additional year.
Extended Warranty on A~flexX Assist Arm replacement: If your A~flexX Arm or Arms are damaged or faulty, we will replace your Arm{s} with a new one. This extended warranty is for the same style exchange. If there is new technology on our A~flexX Arms you have the option to upgrade for $90.00. This upgrade is for the Arm only. This applies for replacement Arms only. However, an upgrade is your choice. If you would like any other products with the upgrade you would pay the difference. This fee is only for subscribing customers; another benefit of this subscription.
Terms and Conditions
The yearly subscription automatically renews on the date you signed up. If you need to cancel your subscription we require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
The card provided on file will automatically be charged the subscription price of $79.99. This automatically renews on the date you originally signed up on. All benefits are for products that need to be replaced due to damage or lost. If you need to cancel your subscription we require a 30 day cancellation notice.
