Yoga For The Dental Professional (Individual)

Yoga For The Dental Professional is a gift that keeps on giving. Invest in yourself and or your dental team!

The investment will be as follows:

$50.00 for 1.5 Hours:  Fee break down $35.00 Initial administration fee and $15 = Total investment $50.00

After the initial hybrid class you will have access to a private online library that can be accessed at your leisure. A digital copy of the Asana will be sent to you after the course so that you may continue to practice from the comfort of their home. I will always be available via email and phone to answer any questions they may have. 

This hybrid course is 1.5 hours long. During this time you or your dental team will learn Yoga Asanas and the benefits of each Asana/Posture. The physical activity level is designed for the beginner and will be a complete relaxing experience. This form of yoga targets the connective tissue in particular the fascia tissues. 

This course is designed to help the dental professional relieve tension in their shoulders, neck, back, wrist and hips. All Asanas are designed specifically for the dental professional including the business team. 

After the initial hybrid class your team will have access to a private online library that can be accessed at your/ their  leisure. A digital copy of the Asana will be sent to you or your dental team. This will help you or your team continue to practice from the comfort of your or their home. I will always be available via email and phone to answer any questions they may have. It is my goal to add a touch of joy in people’s day!
