FAQs for A~flexX

There are many factors that come into play when determining how long the funnels will last. To best care for the funnel and get the longest life we recommend that you sterilized them individually. We do not recommend using the ultrasonic, if needed you can spray/wipe or rinse with water prior to sterilization. The funnels are only recommended for 60cycles.

Warranty is 1 year on any A~flexX Assist Arm this includes our LVE and HVE arms. The 1 year warranty is from the original purchase delivery date. Our infinity hose and valve have a 3 month warranty. Our clips and adaptors both come with a 30-Day Warranty. The funnels do not come with a warranty at this time and are recommended to be changed after 60 cycles in the sterilization process. Our refund details are available on our website. Within the 30 days our arms, and valves are refundable. The hose is non refundable. Please see the details online at https://aflexxassistarm.com/returns-and-warranty/

We offer a 30day return policy on the LVE and HVE arms. Our hoses are non-refundable. The sterilization and disinfection process is outlined in the refund policy for all returns.
